Scott, Jim & Dante are the most approachable and trustworthy service staff I have ever had the pleasure to know. Having had my BMW at the dealership to do a thorough inspection, I left being told my concerns regarding transmission slippage were unfounded. I also had a recall service performed there… when I drove away I heard something sliding around. It was a faceplate of my dashboard which had been left on top of my dashboard. I was given an estimate of approximately $1600 to replace the TPM & receiver. These are just a few of the concerns and issues I had with the dealership. M-Service took care of the actual transmission problem: components that communicate between the engine and drive train were malfunctioning… they were replaced and my ride has its wings again. Oh, the TPM… total cost came to $270. (Advised to check American Tire by a number of establishments—there was no need for a new receiver or 4-$200 tire pressure monitors. The new monitors were $270 installed.) This is The Best Service facility. They are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, caring and honest. I trust them with my vehicle; I,therefore, trust them with my life.

This is not just a auto service center, they are like family. Each time I drop my car off I feel like they are a major component of keeping my cars value up. Friendly, knowledgeable staff make this the go to place.

Always find a remedy to any issues with my BMW. This shop is a matter of convenience as well for me as it's across from work. I had AAA install a battery which I had purchased from them and well it completely died just a little over a year. M Service diagnosed the issue and installed the correct battery in my car. Strong start now on my car and M Service was also able to diagnose my HPFP (high pressure fuel pump) issue, which is common among E90 N54 engines. Thanks to M Service, I'll be taking my car to BMW to have them pay for the recalled pump!
