After using BMW dealerships for a couple of years and realizing they were over charging for services not provided, or not needed, I found M Service. I have had outstanding service from the office team, the technicians, and shuttle driver. They take care of my car and me by assessing the whole vehicle. Finding issues and non critical issues, but not forcing me to get the work done. Where the dealership pushed and use scare tactics to make me over pay for services that were not critical, and sometimes paid for but did not receive. I appreciate M Service’s care, concern and skills keeping my car in good condition. One thing I wish they could do is a car wash. Thank you!
