I go to M service for major maintenance, this time a new clutch assembly & fly wheel. From the reception to detailed explanation of the problem, I got the feeling to be talking to concerned specialists. The repair was speedy, 24 hrs, the result : a smooth clutch like when I bought the car in 2002 ! Time was taken to evaluate future areas of concern and prioritize them. Attention was paid to safety and preventive maintenance like fluids & air, etc.. M service excelled in quality 15 years ago and today is still my BMW repair place of choice !!
