We've been customers of MService since 1985 when I got my first 5 series and needed a place for service. A real place, not the shoddy, overpriced dealer service departments. That's when I first met Dante at the original (?)California Street location in WC. After a few minutes of auto talk, I could tell Dante knew his stuff about BMWs, and I found out quickly that his integrity and commitment to quality were just as outstanding. So here we are 35 years older, with 4 kids (2 for each of us), and at least 8 vehicles (mostly BMWs, but also MBZ, MINI, and one Porsche a long time ago!) from the overall family being cared for at M Service. Dante and the rest of the people (incl Scott, Jim, and Ken in the front office) at MService are really "fratelli di madre diversa"
