I purchased a new 2012 Mercedes Benz C250 in Fairfield, CA. I complained of the Engine Light displaying shortly after purchase (3 months), and every time I brought the car to the dealership for servicing while under the warranty. The Fairfield and Walnut Creek dealership serviced the car and I was charged for repairs that did not remediate the activation/display of the Engine Light. Since the purchase of this new car in 2012, it has NEVER performed to its optimum level. The ignition always had a "tick tick tick" sound prior to the engine "turning over" then the Engine Light would appear. I learned to manipulate the light display by shutting it down only to immediately thereafter turn it on to remediate the engine light display. Its slow to mediocre performance and the recurring display of the Engine Light always kept me in anticipation of a notification engine error. After countless complaints and expiration of the warranty, my sister referred me to M-Service. Briefly, M-Service gave me a prognosis and a fair quote for the job; made an accurate diagnosis and walked me through all the necessary repairs. In 2020, I now have a NEW 2012 Mercedes C250 that has OPTIMAL PERFORMANCE and will easily pass a smog check! To my delight, I’ve had to relearn the automobile! I feel more comfortable and confident in the driver's seat and actually now enjoy the driving experience of this automobile! THANK YOU, M-Service!!
