M Service is by far the best independent Mercedes and BMW repair facility that I have worked with over 30 plus years of owning one or both marques. They are better than any dealer group I have worked with as well. You can literally eat off the floor given their sparkling work areas and, as importantly, the work is performed at the highest level of professionalism, done right the first time and on time. I intend to trust my Mercedes and BMW to their care exclusively until I am shuttled around by self driving cars. Just knowing M Service exists gives me the confidence to purchase any used Mercedes, BMW or Land Rover when my current cars need replacing.
