I have been a faithful customer from when Dante was an apprentice. The business reflects his no-nonsense approach to everything. With BMW's over the years, there have been issues that begat issues with "factory" bulletins denying the problems... Dante has consistently been thoroughly honest and forthright in explaining the issues and coming up with solutions, some well beyond the factory "recommended" solution. Unless my "new" 2017 440i has a warranty issue, it will never see a shop other than M SERVICE!
