Brought my 2011 BMW 328i in for a battery replacement a couple weeks ago. M Service noted the car was overdue for a brake fluid flush/replacement. That led to the discovery that the front disc brakes were almost worn out, so they replaced those for me with my permission. They also discovered that there was a BMW recall item, and a diagnostic malfunction in a dealer replaceable lighting module. They determined that these items were either under warranty at BMW or free, so they sent the car to the BMW dealer in Concord, with my prior permission, to get them accomplished. BMW then discovered that the VANOS unit on top of the engine, which controls both the intake and exhaust cams, was loose! Fixed at no charge. Car came back to M Service (no charges for moving the car to and from). It all started with a battery change but M Service discovered some things that really needed to be taken care of. The car is running really well. Very happy with the service.
