Recently had 84,000 mile service as well as a/c recharge for my ‘99 bmw323is. All went well; friendly, professional, knowledgeable owner and service representative. Appreciated the shuttle service too! Great all around.

I would recommend going to M service if you have a BMW. They are highly knowledgeable, and their shop is upper caliber. I had a brief conversation about my line of work, and when I got into my vehicle, I noticed they had changed my clock to military time. It's the attention to detail that counts for me. I will keep using the M service.

M Service can always be counted on to do what is needed and not do what is not needed. They are honest, reliable, and dependable. I value their advice and consul as well as the work they do.

Needed a routine brake flush procedure which was nicely taken care of. While the car was there, M Service spotted a small bulge in the sidewall of the 40 profile right front tire on my BMW 540i. Likely due to a pothole. It's a potentially dangerous condition. Went to a tire store the next day and replaced that tire. I was totally unaware of the problem and glad they spotted it.

I've have been coming here since the 80's and the service has always been excellent. I very much appreciate the heads up they give me on future maintenance so I can plan ahead. The staff is always very friendly and the prices are very reasonable, especially when prices are out of control on everything else. I trust the M Service team completely and would never consider going anywhere else.
