Difficult programming update. On third try, success. NOX sensors triggered need to update to current program. No program update since car purchased in 2014.

M Service work is always top notch. Even though this most recent service was expensive I feel confident my cr is good for another 70k miles.

This IS my take it to shop. I met Scott and Dante a few months after I got my BMW. I wish I he'd known about them the day I got my Bimmer. I told an unnameable dealership I was having a problem with the engine racing without gaining speed--slipping. The unnameable said there was nothing wrong. Hmmm! There were many other things of similar nature. Hmmm... I was referred to M Service by a third party wheel specialist. When I brought my car to them, they Found the problem. And,They fixed it. So far, Scott and Dante have been the Best to work with. There is no plan B for my vehicle servicing, only M Service. I trust them implicitly. I totally believe you can too.

I had heard about M Service for years, went in for the first time recently and received the best, most personalized service of any business I have ever patronized. I look forward to the next time one of our cars needs attention. Thanks guys.
