This was my first time using M Service for service needed on my BMW. They were very efficient in creating an information base on my vehicle and are certainly very customer oriented. They provided a detailed estimate of work to be done and the cost. The final cost was the same as the estimate. The work was completed on time, along with a detailed report on all systems checked out. Definitely plan to make M Service my go to place for any future needs on my BMW!!

Dante was extremely helpful and courteous. He was able to explain all of what the technician was able and not able to do in my short visit for an oil change and diagnostic. The overnight drop off service was very convenient and parking for the shop was located in an easily accessed lot off Mt. Diablo Blvd.

Very nice and knowledgeable people . Tell you what’s wrong with the car and give you an estimate. And they fix the car accordingly.

It's been a very good experience. They quickly identified the issue with my wheels and tires and fixed it in two days including purchasing required parts. The result is a very nice and smooth ride that I can't stop enjoying.
