The first time I went to M Service was back in 1986 or so when I moved to WC from SF and needed to find a place to service my BMW 528. Dante ran the show back then and still does today with the help of Scott and others n the front office and many guys turning wrenches in the shop. M Service is the ONLY auto repair service I have ever used for so long and the reasons why are pretty straightforward---quality work at reasonable prices delivered with honesty and enthusiasm. There is never any upsell of services or parts. Your problem gets diagnosed and the options clearly explained to you for YOU to decide. Even though I no longer live in WC, M Service is still my go-to shop for service and repair of my BMWs, MBZs and even a MINI or two. And also for others in my family and my auto enthusiast friends.

Been bring my bmw here since I no longer take my car to the dealership for service. All the parts here used are OE. So it’s just like going to the dealership when getting your service done. I recently came in for my oil change & they did my 120k check-up & gave me the list of items that will need attention.

I've owned many Porsches, BMWs and Mercedes cars, currently four, 2006 being the oldest. I've used M Service since about 2003... They have never been anything but "The experts". Always smart, efficient and professional, not to mention friendly. They seem to know every idiosyncrasy of every car. I can't recommend a better place in the East Bay.
