Been bring my bmw here since I no longer take my car to the dealership for service. All the parts here used are OE. So it’s just like going to the dealership when getting your service done. I recently came in for my oil change & they did my 120k check-up & gave me the list of items that will need attention.

I've owned many Porsches, BMWs and Mercedes cars, currently four, 2006 being the oldest. I've used M Service since about 2003... They have never been anything but "The experts". Always smart, efficient and professional, not to mention friendly. They seem to know every idiosyncrasy of every car. I can't recommend a better place in the East Bay.

My 2012 Audi is getting up there and things are starting to break. Recently the glove compartment wouldn’t open and then the trunk latch was acting up. I took it to MService for a routine service and they fixed both glove box and trunk without spending the $700-1000 to replace the latches. Now I know this may not last but neither will the car!
