I love these people and this shop It is very professional it is very accurate They know about cars and especially about German cars It is obviously cheaper than going to bmw service centers but if you ask me you get the same type of service !!! They even drop you off after you drop your car I’ll come back there for sure Thank you again

Staff is highly responsive. They provide clear explanations on what is being done and why. Driving out of their lot after servicing I am confident that everything was done right and I can immediately drive a long distance without a worry. Also, all costs are justified and explained.

I have a Mini 2016 Hardtop. Originally, my original diagnosis was done at Mini of Concord; they found that I replace the valve cover and gasket and quoted me nearly $2,400 to fix it. I met M Service through a referral of a friend who knew the owner's son do so I reached out for a second opinion and was quoted $1000 less so naturally I went for it. It took a couple of days to get the parts, and ultimately fix the issue and do a four-wheel alignment, however the staff was incredibly responsive, helpful and kind. They also have a courtesy shuttle which turned out to be extremely helpful.
