A very professional auto repair business with excellent service.

I’ve been a satisfied M Service customer spanning a traditional ’97 540i to my current 530e. Their care for my 5 series vehicles has been knowledgeable and practical and their communication with me has been exemplary. Pricing is fair and they stand behind their work. My 540i suffered a fuel pump failure and M Service installed a new replacement. Two weeks later, I had another engine failure, this time attributed to the fuel pump power relay, which they replaced under the original fuel pump repair warranty. M Service has staff who listen to their customers and care for 25 year old classics as well as newer EV models.

The team at M-Service was great. Found the problems and fixed them in a timely manner. Smog test tomorrow, then on to DMV for title transfer and vehicle registration.

I was referred to M service from a friend after my oil change experience with the Porsche dealership, I asked around for a quality place that did not overcharge. Although the Porsche dealership treated me well, the prices were absolutely outrageous! I was told how wonderful this place was, but went in optimistic and came out thrilled! From the moment I got there, the service was impeccable the customer service was second to none. The drivers for the shuttle were exceptional. I must say all five stars are well-deserved. If there were 10 stars I would give them 10 stars!! No one likes taking their car in for service, but if you must, M services is the place to go, from the moment you step into the office, to the moment youre taken back to retrieve your car. it is a quality place to go!
