Excellent in every respect. You can eat off the floors of the service bays, bathroom sparkles, the repairs are impeccable. Service cares about their customers and their cars. Wouldnt take my car anywhere else.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received at the shop. It started with my advisor Brandon, when I initially showed up at the location it seemed like he was waiting for me. He initiated a pleasant conversation with me about what he saw in my vehicle. From then on it was about business and his thorough knowledge of my vehicle. I was impressed from top to bottom, and that includes the other advisors, as well as their limo driver.

First time customer here. They listened to my current maintenance requests and questions about future repairs needed for 2015 BMW 435i. Thorough inspection was performed before work started. They obtained my verbal approval for work to be performed (or postponed) after inspection completed. They kept me informed as to all work completed, recommendations for the future and exactly when my car would be ready for pick up. Estimates for future repairs and maintenance work were also provided. Shuttle to and from work made the process painless (I hate to be without my car). I'll be back!

This place is the best for Mercedes and BMW automotive care, I was tired of getting overcharged for years by the dealership and just happened to spot M Service when I moved to Walnut Creek. Best decision I ever made for my cars totally honest and priced fairly I will continue to take both cars there in the future. The service managers were exceptional as well
