5-Platinum Stars… Is not enough. Dante, Brandon and Scott are and have been the most reliable automotive people I have ever dealt with. Most recently, my Bimmer had a number of failures. One which had not been previously encountered; yet another, which I was told, had only been seen possibly half a dozen times over a quarter century. I can't remember feeling the same ease when leaving a vehicle at another shop. These men, the mechanics and support staff are truly the only people I trust with my vehicle. I had an issue with the check engine light and reached out to schedule an appointment. Because of the holiday weekend, the appointment was scheduled for the following Friday. Brought the car in by 8 o’clock and they called me diagnosing the issue by 11. My reason for not giving five stars is that they are unable to do the repair there and I have to take it elsewhere. My hope was that they could’ve done everything at once. Excellent customer service & very responsive otherwise.

Air Springs - My air springs for auto leveling leaked leaving my X5 unable to be driven. M Service was swamped with customers wanting their cars serviced before the July 4th weekend, but Dante was able to get me in and replace my air springs so I was able to drive visiting family to the wine country when they visited that weekend. I can't thank the guys at M Service enough for all the years of excellent service. They take the time to explain in detail what my cars need. They also keep me posted on tread life of my tires and when to expect the next service. I would never think of taking my BMWs to any other repair business.
