M Service was a pleasant surprise. I dropped my car off the night before and I got a call letting me know they’re ready to begin working on it. Dante kept me informed of what the problem was and what work needs to be done. I would recommend bringing your car in.

The first time I went to M Service was back in 1986 or so when I moved to WC from SF and needed to find a place to service my BMW 528. Dante ran the show back then and still does today with the help of others in the front office and many guys turning wrenches in the shop. M Service is the ONLY auto repair service I have ever used for nearly 40 years for my BMWs and MBZs, and the reasons why are pretty straightforward---quality work at reasonable prices delivered with honesty and enthusiasm. There is never any upsell of services or parts. Your problem gets diagnosed and the options clearly explained to you for YOU to decide. Even though I no longer live in WC, M Service is still my go-to shop for service and repair of my BMWs, MBZs and even a MINI or two. And also for others in my family and my auto enthusiast friends. UPDATE: Sept 19, 2022. Nothing new to report. The quality of service and expertise is as good as ever. Coming up on 37 years now—- many BMWs, a few MBZs, and one 911 Targa.
