While traveling to the Bay Area from the Central Coast, my car sprung a leak in the cooling system making the car inoperable. Since I used to live in the Bay Area, I called Dante and Dominic over at M Service. Even though I didn't have an appointment, they understood my predicament and fit me in, fixed the car at a fair price, and I was on my way! Thanks for going the extra mile guys. Greatly appreciated!

Always a great experience with Brandon, Dominic and the entire M Service team. I was in recently for a new battery on my 2018 540i (67k miles). Great communication as always and even snagged a shuttle ride from my house to the Walnut Creek location which was much appreciated!

Outstanding As Always! I'm a regular customer...have been for nearly 10 years. I'm retired now, so I don't drive as much, so my visits are more typically once a year; but they keep my 2002 E320 safe and reliable and that's my priority. I've never met the mechanics in the shop, but I've never (ever) had to bring the car back to address an issue after the fact. In the office, Brandon, Dom and Dante are polite, professional and knowledgeable. And always appreciate the pick up service to/from home. Highly recommend!

He is super polite and kept me informed of the progress of my service (had to keep the car in for a couple of days due to waiting of parts). So appreciate the pick up service to/from home.
