Really had a GREAT experience with this shop. Professional, courteous, reasonable and very experienced. I didn't feel like I was being taken to the cleaners. The job was thorough and the communication throughout was such a relief in comparison to other experiences. I learned so much because the time was taken to explain how the issues happened and how to best address them. I have referred 3 friends already - this is my new home base for attending to my vehicle. I have been going to M service for about 5 years and know that they are taking good care of my E 350 Mercedes. They dont do anything that would cost extra money or time. They charge much less than Mercedes dealer service.
