Always great service. We came from East Bay BMW and it's a world of difference at M Service.

I've been a loyal customer for about 33 years with my '71 2002, '76 530i, 84'633i, '88 750il, & '98 M3. Dante runs a great business. The dedicated & well-trained employees greet me on a first name basis & give me excellent service. M Service has kept all my BMW's in top shape over the years.

I moved to Walnut Creek eight years ago. I was looking for a new shop to have my car service and was leery about trusting my car to any shop that I was not familiar with. I was told by a trusted friend that M Service was a shop that I should consider. I took my car to M Service and met Dante who was very knowledgeable about BMW?s and gave me a very detailed explanation of the work they would perform on the car. When the car was returned I was very impressed and happy with the workmanship.M Service strongest assets are their (1) customer service, (2) technical knowledge and overall (3) professionalism. I find it difficult to have you service my car since I now work in Pleasanton

I have been comingto M-Service for over 30 years.The BMW dealers could learn something from them.the rating should be a perfect 10.I have always owned BMW's and would not buy anything that was not serviced by M-Service.Theytake care of my kids cars,my wife's and mine.

Did a very good job but very non-committal about how much time I could expect to wait, made it difficult to manage my workday.

Friendly, knowledegable front desk. Once quoted, the price was as they said. No changes. They even found an Audi recall item for me, and did not try and charge me for it themselves. They shuttled me to and from where I needed to go.

M-Service has taken car of my cars for over ten years. I count on their professional service, and have never been disappointed.I am not a car person. I put in the gas and drive the car. I know, many of you real car people are shocked and appalled that there are such people, allowed to share the road with you, but there you are.I pick my cars based on whether M-Service can take care of them.

Good communication, kept promised completion time, all-around hassle-free experience. They use genuine OEM parts, which makes their prices a bit higher than local competitors. This works for brake work, but not so sure about other, such as maintenance.
