Scheduled an informal appointment to have battery replaced in my M3. Arrived at 9am, asked to be "fit into" the queue and was on my way by 10am. Really appreciated the accomodation which allowed me to keep to a very busy schedule on that day.

I moved to Walnut Creek eight years ago. I was looking for a new shop to have my car service and was leery about trusting my car to any shop that I was not familiar with. I was told by a trusted friend that M Service was a shop that I should consider. I took my car to M Service and met Dante who was very knowledgeable about BMW?s and gave me a very detailed explanation of the work they would perform on the car. When the car was returned I was very impressed and happy with the workmanship.M Service strongest assets are their (1) customer service, (2) technical knowledge and overall (3) professionalism.
