Except for a call explaining the charges before they were done, everything went well.

This was only my second visit....but I'm convinced the future ones will be equally good.

My car enjoyed timely repairs and a thorough evaluation for upcoming recommended maintenance. A professional and cordial staff provided information on how to drive my car for maximum ulility.

Well tuned vehicles result from well tuned repair facilities. And MService is just that. Whether it's bird-dogging an electrical problem or cracking open an engine for a rebuild, the staff has the ability, communication and knowledge to keep your ride rolling. Oh, and they are nice guys.

Sounds simple doesn't it? But even the simplest of visits are met with courtesy, honesty and effeciancy.

5 stars, and I haven't even been here yet... let me explain why. I called to make an appt to bring my 2006 325i in that was leaking transmission fluid only 45k miles on the car but my warranty had expired 2 weeks prior, and the dealer in Pleasanton wouldn't budge on the $800 repair. I spoke with the owner of the shop, and he walked me though the process on how to get BMW to do the repair, at the same dealership that denied me originally! I followed his advice, and surely enough, BMW paid for the entire repair and a loner car. The owner of M Service didn't receive a dime from me! How is THAT for an honest mechanic?!?!Now that my car is out of warranty, and the 'Ultimate Service' is expired too, I won't be going anywhere else next time I need service... which is way too often on this little car!

Always have received excellent service

I have had my 2002 BMW since it was new. I would not trust it to anyone but the guys at M Service. They are careful, informative and logical in recommending options for maintenance and repairs.
