Scheduled an informal appointment to have battery replaced in my M3. Arrived at 9am, asked to be "fit into" the queue and was on my way by 10am. Really appreciated the accomodation which allowed me to keep to a very busy schedule on that day.

I have taken my BMWs to MService for many years and have always been extremely please. Eveverybody at the front desk is very friendly.

I've been a loyal customer for about 33 years with my '71 2002, '76 530i, 84'633i, '88 750il, & '98 M3. Dante runs a great business. The dedicated & well-trained employees greet me on a first name basis & give me excellent service. M Service has kept all my BMW's in top shape over the years.

I moved to Walnut Creek eight years ago. I was looking for a new shop to have my car service and was leery about trusting my car to any shop that I was not familiar with. I was told by a trusted friend that M Service was a shop that I should consider. I took my car to M Service and met Dante who was very knowledgeable about BMW?s and gave me a very detailed explanation of the work they would perform on the car. When the car was returned I was very impressed and happy with the workmanship.M Service strongest assets are their (1) customer service, (2) technical knowledge and overall (3) professionalism. I have been comingto M-Service for over 30 years.The BMW dealers could learn something from them.the rating should be a perfect 10.I have always owned BMW's and would not buy anything that was not serviced by M-Service.Theytake care of my kids cars,my wife's and mine.

Did a very good job but very non-committal about how much time I could expect to wait, made it difficult to manage my workday.
