In fact, they saved me quite of bit money when they suggested I contact BMW USA for an issue that was still covered by BMW USA. I was under the incorrect impression that since my new car warrrantee was expired, that this particular issue would not be fixed under the warrrantee. Based on my discussions with a service technician, I contacted BMW USA and they took care of my problem. In addition, I have found the employees at M Service to be very courteous and professional. I also appreciate the responsiveness and timeliness of their shuttle service.I highly recommend M Service.
