M Service went beyond the call of duty to solve the problem. We were not billed for that service until the car was back up to 100% performance. We've been very satisfied, loyal M Service customers ever since.

Although the rare repairs on my beautiful 2003 red 325Ci can be "spendy", I have never (in the more than 15 years I have been an M Service customer) felt that they are over-priced. The work is always of the best quality, the guys couldn't be nicer or more helpful. I have never had a bad experience and would recommend them to everyone!
