M Service is a reliable service that matches or exceeds what you can typically get from BMW. I brought my car in recently for a 60,000 mile check and brake job and they got it all done before noon as promised.

As always, it was a pleasure to deal withM Service. The shuttle was waiting and the car was finished earlier tan I thought and again the shuttle was prompt!

Jim is very easy to talk to about a problem and takes time to explaineverything. I am glad he is on the front desk.

Brought in my 1997 528I and had rear suspension, rear brakes, valve cover seal, wipers, wiper wash system and belt tension pulley work done. The work was outstanding, as usual. Jim, Scott and the entire shop are professionals and you can be assured that the job will be done right, the first time, everytime!! Note: The belt tension pulley was a surprise that popped-up on the final test drive assessment and the shop fixed the problem WITHOUT further charge!! Jim and Scott knew my budget was tight and this was HUGE!! They also kicked in a FREE repair to my front bumper cover that was not sitting properly .. looks great now. Can't thank you guys enough. Any potential customers resding this review can believe me when I say that M SERVICE is miles ahead of any other repair facilities bar none. Thanks again guys!!

Good follow up.Cost less than the estimate.I have several vech. maintained at M service..the latest reciept confused the two re. mileage and outstanding recommendations.Very satisfied overall.

18 years of wonderful care for my 325i going strong at 90,000 miles. Bonus: meticulous vacuuming, impeccably clean car (neglected by me during a busy time).

First, they answered the phone with a human. Next, I got an appt in a day.Third, they called and gave a complete rundown and good advice on how to get several items repaired under the CPO by the dealer, saving me more money.Fourth, they arranged to have a paint shop to look at the car and give an estimate on minor paint repair. And then it was done in a day, without me having to do anything.Well done.

It is always a wonderful experience to take my car in for service at M-Service. In the 15+ years I have been taking my various BMWs to M-Service Dante, Scott, Jim and the other employees have gone out of their way to assist me in any and all ways. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
