Mechanics in spotless light-colored uniforms, clean uncluttered floors, courteous service, and methodical approach to any task--a true commitment to excellence is why I bring my M Roadster to this shop, even though it's a good hour away from home for me.Disclaimer: The owner is a friend from several track groups, such as the BMW club, but this is not why I take my car here. I take it here because I know that all employees are sent to technical training regularly, because I know that if I have a time estimate, my car will be ready by then, because I know that quote for parts and labor will be accurate, and because everything will be done right the first time.Oh, and after every visit, I got a complimentary car wash voucher for a local detailer! How much better does it get?A note for the bargain-hunter: This is not a Quik-E-Shop with discount prices. They don't cut corners on their employee training, on the time they spend on each job, and on parts, but I don't pick my mechanics on price. YMMV, and probably will.
