4pm Friday afternoon my e36 M3 wouldn't start. I would have been stranded. I called Jim at MService. He checked with his tech called me back with a solution. 15 minutes later I was on my way. I am a fan!

I have been a patron since before MService was MService, so this should not have been a surprise, but after taking in my MBZ for some minor fixes in the interior I was pleasantly surprised to find the tire pressures checked and set. nice touch.
After becoming disillusioned with Walnut Creek Mercedes Service, I switched my MB service to M Service. The MB dealership service has gone downhill ever since Sonic took over Stead and the service managers are no better than used car salespeople. This is NOT the case at M Service - the rates are very competitive and the service is bar far superior to what you'd find a Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek. I highly recommend M Service for those looking for a quality service at great prices.
M Service promptly completed their work on my car and for the amount originally estimated. We are also very please with the quality of work

Excellent service and knowledge of our vehicles and the problems that exist. Prompt repair and return are never an issue. The office "guys" are caring, concerned as well as friendly. The continued excellence is the reason we will return to M Service and not the BMW Dealership.
