I brought my car in for a check engine light. The service writer quoted a $290 service. I showed the coupon printed from their website for a "no cost consultation." I was told a "Fault Code reading" stated on the coupon was different than a "Diagnostic." When I asked why offer a coupon then charge for the service, I was told to take my car elsewhere. I'm very disappointed.

M Service was very upfront with what needed to be done and the cost. They prioritized each issue and if it could wait to later on in the year and didn’t need to be done immediately.
