My car broke down on Wednesday. I called M Service and they arranged a tow to their facilities and had the car fixed by that afternoon. I have also used them for routine maintenance. They cost less than the dealer, they don't try to pressure you into having work done that isn't needed. Overall, a great place to take your car.

M Service is consistently providing the best service experience that we have had in a long time. They are prompt to recognize a problem, quick to repair/fix and return the vehicle when promised. Our previous relationships with the local dealerships do not compare to M Service's unfailing expertise.

As usual, whenever we have to take one of our three cars to M Service we feel confident that they not only find the problems, they locate the problem, fix it and have our vehicle back to us the same day. On top of that they make us aware of possible forthcoming problems. Such as warn belts etc. We're very satisfied with M Service

My experience at MService.Inc. was phenomenal. I dropped my car off for a 47K service and windshield replacement, picked up a rental, and returned later in the day to a car that looks good and runs great! Service was top notch all the way around. The service was good, but then I noticed they had switched out my license plate holder and put on their cheap, plastic M service ones. Makes me wonder what else did they do to my car and NOT tell me!

First service for MB E320 wagon at this shop. Staff were honest and up front about required reairs and expenses. Repairs were completed in a satisfactory and timely manner. I can recommend M-Service without reservation.

Excellent service. I just brought my 2005 E55 in for F service. They performed the needed service and even repaired my windshield wiper linkage as a courtesy while they were under the hood. They beat the Benz dealer by a mile and sweetened the deal by letting me use my M Service coupon at the register. For years I wouldn't let anyone but the Mercedes dealer touch this car, but I have found this week that there is none better. Thanks guys.
