I've worked with other shops in the area and while I've left satisfied that my car was taken care of, there was always some aspect of the service that was lacking. Accomodating as they may have been, they either used my car for a courtesy vehicle, incomplete execution of jobs required re-visits or the service manager was lacking in focus--all of which can adversely affect the consumer's level of trust. Not so with M service. From my first call and ability to secure a next-day apointment to the availability of a courtesy van and friendliness of the driver to Scott's recommendations and management of vehicle maintenance, I am totally hooked--and glad I don't have to keep looking for the "perfect" shop.
