Dropped car Sunday night - called Monday and was informed of the issues - then a follow up call and then called when car completed. I appreciated M Service staying in contact and fixing my car quickly. Scott and Ken are very friendly and helpful. I also very much appreciated when another member of M Service came in the office, He asked if i had been helped and was going to try help so that I could get on my way. I very much appreciate the friendly attitudes and helpfulness at M Service.

As always, excellent! All cars have been fixed properly and never had to return for any issues. They have been always on top of all repairs. Scott is exceptional.

Another great experience. As soon as my car ran out of it's warranty, I picked back up with M Service. I've been using them for years and have never been disappointed. They keep me in the loop with what they found, how long it would take to fix and the cost. The shuttle is very convenient and much more accommodating than any of the local dealerships. I love driving new bimmers but when I can't, M Service keeps them running efficiently and safely.
