Walnut Creek Auto Repair

This was my first visit to M Service, for a simple oil change and service checkup. Scott was professional in explaining what work was done and what would be needed in the future. I was able to wait for my car in their reception area and work online using their free wifi. A simple easy experience.

Scott and Jim were knowledgeable and friendly and honest. I was not pushed to get something done on my car that I did not need. They had the mechanic do an inspection and told me what the results were and what needed to be fixed and told me the time frame for that to be done .. nothing had to be done right then. I appreciate that.

It was a fine experience and the car runs great.

Top notch! Service came in under estimate. I'm pretty sure the dealership wouldn't reduce my bill by $200 for work that wasn't needed!

I don't think I've ever had anything other than the best of service. Even though we live outside the area we will always come to you for the X3. Thanks for all you've done over the years.

Scott & team provided excellent service: timely, informative and pro-active with a thorough understanding of vehicle dynamics, operation and necessities. Costs/prices for services, components/parts are very fair and reasonable. Customers are able to wait/work on premesis while work is being performed.
