Scott is great at the front desk! Even the smallest problems are Important for him to solve for the customer. In fact everyone with Dante does an A+ job. My older BMW gets the best service possible at "M" Service.

I needed to replace a left turn signal bulb. Although it was not a stock item it was ordered and replaced within the specified time.

Driving to work 8am my 97 C280 engine light comes on, starts to run rough. I call M service, they bring the car in, give me a ride to work, call me with a thorough and honest estimate, then they get the part and fix the car, and I'm back in my car by 4:30pm same day. You can't get any better than that. Thanks guys!!
