Appreciated the fact that they were able to accept an appoint first thing on Monday morning. Car was running poorly and they quickly diagnosed the problem. Really like that they're so close to downtown Walnut Creek. I work at Kaiser and was able to walk to turn down their offer of a shuttle ride and enjoyed the walk to work.

I appreciate the high quality of service. They do not cut corners. Jim, Scott, and Dante clearly explain what is going on with the vehicle. They thoroughly inspect the vehicle and anticipate future repairs. After you pick up your vehicle, the service people are there to explain what happened. You can drive your vehicle out of the shop with peace of mind knowing the service and repairs were mindfully and skillfully done. Often they give advice on how to get the most out of your vehicle.
