The M Service guys are fast, efficient, professional and less expensive than any dealer I have used. In this instance Scott had me pop the hood and showed me the problem based on the symptoms I provided - 30 seconds and no charge. The dealer wanted $210 for a diagnostic before anything else happened.

Always have had expert service but after the 1986 bimmer stalled and needed to be towed to M Service one rainy December evening the staff kept the doors open past closing time and were receptive and attentive beyond seasonal expectations.
