Excellent, courteous service. Warranty work for previous repair done 24 months earlier. Eagerly wanted the car back to perform the repair free of charge.

This shop was as good as advertised. I was referred to them by a friend who was tired of hearing me complain about the $$$ I was spending each service appointment at BMW, Concord. The staff here was friendly, knowledgeable, and the rates were reasonable. This was my first experience with MService and it was a great one.
